To access the platform, users must register an account by providing a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. SMS Authentication and Alerts

By registering an account, you acknowledge and agree that Motion Linked will send automated text messages, including one-time passcodes (OTP) and identity verification codes, to the mobile phone number provided. These messages are required for secure system access, user authentication, and critical platform alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user login activity. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications, though doing so may restrict or disable your ability to securely log into the platform.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its security measures, or use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motion Linked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
